शोले..सूरमा भोपाली..मामू को ऑक्सीजन चढ़ गया ..अरे मियां  ऑक्सीजन किसको चढ़ता है.. ऑक्सीजन राकीट को चढ़ता है ..इसका मतलब ..समझ लो मामू की ऊपर रवानगी की तैयारी है , राकीट की तरह .... The virus is spreading like wildfire in rural areas. With the abysmal state of healthcare in villages, people flee to the nearest city at the first sign of covid—crushing already-overwhelmed hospitals..... Was this kind of death rate usual in the five villages? No. Had they heard of anyone ever dying of pneumonia or water-in-the-lungs in the heat of May? No, never.....  “If you can get us one MD medicine and one MD anaesthesia, we could save hundreds of lives." ..... positivity rate in the district’s two urban centres is just over 10%, and in its villages, it is nearly 100%.....it is very clear from the data that the virus is ravaging villages..... testing rural populations in large numbers is impossible..... day of judgement will come, not just of history and humanity, but soon enough in the court of democracy.....

बादल फट रहे हैं, तो लोक अनुभवों से लाभ उठाइए वीरेंद्र कुमार पैन्यूली, सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता

 

…..विभिन्न आपदाओं के बीच बादल फटने की घटना उत्तराखंड में मुख्य आपदा बनती जा रही है। राज्य में 1970 के मुकाबले बादल फटने, अतिवृष्टि, जल-प्रलय जैसी जलवायु अतिरेक की घटनाएं चार गुना बढ़ चुकी हैं। सामान्यत: जून के उत्तराद्र्ध में मानसून आने के बाद ऐसी घटनाएं घटती हैं, लेकिन इस साल तो मई की शुरुआत से ही इसकी झड़ी लग गई है। बादल फटने से 100 मिमी या करीब चार ईंच बरसात एक ही घंटे में हो जाती है। इससे हजारों टन भार का पानी जमीन पर गिरता है…..यह जरूरी नहीं है कि नमी ढोती हवाओं के, चाहे वे मानसून की हों, पहाड़ों से टकराने से ही बादल विस्फोट हो। पहाड़ों की टोपोग्राफी, यानी चढ़ान-ढलान वाली भू-आकृतियां स्थानीय स्तर पर घाटियों-शिखरों के वायु-प्रवाह पर असर डालती हैं। पहाड़ों के वायु-प्रवाह की विशिष्टताएं वायु ताप संवहन (कन्वेक्शन) को भी बढ़ाती हैं। नीचे की घाटियों से ऊपर उठती वाष्प-नमी लदी हवाओं का जब एकाएक ऊचाई में ठंडी हवाओं से मिलन होता है, तो सघन बादलों के निर्माण और बादल फटने की परिस्थितियां बन जाती हैं। नमी या वाष्पन का संघनन (कॉन्डनसेशन) होने लगता है। छोटी-छोटी बूंदें मिलकर भारी होती जाती हैं। फिर पानी भरे गुब्बारे के फूटने जैसी स्थिति बन सकती है। बादल विस्फोट में बवंडरों की भूमिका भी हो सकती है। तूफान-बवंडर की ऊर्जायुक्त गरम हवा जब बादलों को ऊपर धकेलती है, तब उनमें मौजूद जल-कण आपस में मिलकर इकट्ठा होते रहते हैं। वायु धारा के शिथिल पड़ते ही बादल जल भार से अस्थिर हो जाते हैं, और वे फट पड़ते हैं।…..बादल विस्फोटों से नुकसान न्यूनतम हो, इसके लिए मलबा, गाद को निर्माण स्थलों पर यूं ही छोड़ देने या उनको आसपास के नदी-नालों में धकेल देने के बजाय सुरक्षित स्थानों पर जमा किया जाना चाहिए। घाटियों में बड़ी जलराशि को बांधने या जमा करने से भी बचना होगा। जलागम क्षेत्रों में निर्माण में विस्फोटों से बचना चाहिए। वृक्ष-विहिन जलागम बादल विस्फोटों की आपदा को कई गुना बढ़ा देते हैं, इसलिए वृक्षारोपण को बढ़ावा देने की भी जरूरत है….. https://www.livehindustan.com/blog/nazariya/story-hindustan-nazariya-column-19-may-2021-4040816.html
